Job summary

ABNB Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative to assist members with all Credit Union needs, process transactions, and set up new accounts. You will respond to inquiries and direct members to the right department across in-branch, calls, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Skills: PC operation with average speed/accuracy; time management and organizational skills; Microsoft Office/Outlook/SharePoint desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and prospective members with all Credit Union needs.
• Process financial transactions efficiently and independently.
• Explain products and services; set up new accounts; respond to questions and problems.
• Direct members to appropriate person/department and support multiple channels (in-branch, calls, email).
• Maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality; follow safety and security rules.
• Support other branches and Contact Center as needed.
