Job summary

Kirtland Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Member Experience Specialist I to deliver exceptional service at our MaxQ Branch. The role emphasizes building and maintaining member relationships, addressing needs, and guiding product options.

You will handle teller tasks, cash, and account maintenance, while promoting deposits, loans, and KFS services. The position offers a benefits package and on-site work in a collaborative credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cash handling, sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with IRA and other consumer deposit products preferred.
• Past sales experience with meeting sales goals preferred.
• Proven member service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of member service functions including teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Meet with members to build and enhance relationships and analyze financial needs.
• Provide product/service referrals for consumer loans, credit cards, and KFS services.
• Handle inquiries and resolve member questions promptly per policy.
• Assist other branches or departments as needed and participate in meetings.
