Catholic Charities of Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton Counties is hiring an IT Assistant. The part-time role supports staff with hardware, software, and security needs, under the direction of the Technology Manager. Work hours are 8 am–12 noon, Monday through Friday, and on-site presence is required.

The position emphasizes reliable IT service, data security, and collaboration with program staff to ensure smooth technology operations across the agency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or actively pursuing one.
• Experience with help desk or technology support in an organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software inquiries.
• Assist with user access, equipment setup, and maintenance.
• Support Microsoft Office, Great Plains, and other databases; assist with report development.
• Manage LAN issues, backups, and general IT operations with the Technology Manager.
• Maintain inventory of technology equipment and security systems; assist with phone systems.
