Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or current progress toward degree.
• Experience providing IT help desk or technology support in an organization.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service while performing agency technology duties.
• Serve as a point of contact for IT work requests and troubleshooting.
• Assist with distribution of keys, staff ID cards, and network access.
• Support agency software systems, including Microsoft Office and Great Plains.
• Collaborate with vendors and program staff to assist with report development.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding software usage and functionality; test and evaluate software.
• Construct, deploy, and maintain general applications and specialized utilities.
• Provide recommendations for system and software upgrades.
• Maintain inventory of technology equipment across the agency.
• Set up workstations for employees, interns, and volunteers.
• Manage security systems, badge activation, and access control.
• Maintain records of security-related requests and authorizations.
• Troubleshoot LAN and other network systems.
• Administer Office 365 and server/network environments; manage accounts in Active Directory.
• Ensure remote backups are completed and functioning properly.
• Maintain servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and related software.
• Manage Avaya and Mitel phone systems and voicemail setup.
