Job summary

IWG in Hunt Valley seeks a Part Time Community Associate to help run the center, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and keep the center inviting and well organized.

You will assist customers, connect calls, set up projectors, manage wifi access, process invoices, and support a weekly networking event. This role rewards a friendly, proactive approach and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• A good communicator, with the ability to build relationships and empathize with people’s needs.
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help create a welcoming center environment.
• Handle inquiries, route requests and coordinate with colleagues.
• Assist with set-up of equipment and Wi‑Fi access for meetings.
• Process invoices, manage tickets in the service portal and follow up.
• Plan and support networking events and center communications.
