IWG plc is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to join our North Salt Lake center. You will support customers with day-to-day needs, from checking in to assisting with center services and events, while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

This on-site role involves multitasking across operations, customer inquiries, and basic IT support, with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients and visitors in a flexible, team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations and own issues to resolution.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the center.
• Handle requests such as Wi‑Fi changes, package status, and directions.
• Set up projectors and assist with center operations and invoicing.
• Open service tickets for issues in the center and ensure services are charged correctly.
• Plan and help run local networking events within the center.
