Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part Time Community Associate for our Hunt Valley center (222 Schilling Circle, 2nd Floor, 21031). This on-site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily center operations, and supporting members and guests.

You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with Wi-Fi, packages, meetings, and event coordination, while ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth center administration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems and take ownership of issues.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Help customers with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and meeting room setup.
• Ensure services are accurately charged and invoices are processed correctly.
• Open and track tickets for center maintenance and IT issues as needed.
• Assist with planning and coordinating small networking events in the center.
• Conclude visits by guiding customers to next steps and amenities.
