Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Package Concierge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This on-site role supports residents by handling mail and packages, delivering items, and coordinating shipping documents. Prior hospitality experience and a strong customer-service mindset are valued.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs while working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels, resorts, clubs or travel management.
• Proven customer service track record under stressful circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and self-awareness abilities, including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail and packages and maintain mailing logs.
• Receive, store and organize all incoming mail and packages.
• Communicate with residents about mail and packages; deliver packages.
• Prepare shipping documents and distribute mail/packages.
• Maintain records of inbound/outbound mail and packages.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
