Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Delivery Concierge to support package and mail operations, resident service, and front-desk interactions at a busy student housing community. You will log, track, secure, and deliver packages while maintaining a hospitable resident experience.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, with evening and weekend shifts and a requirement to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, along with proficiency in tracking systems and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, property operations, package handling, administrative support, or a related customer-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, follow procedures, and securely handle resident property.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills when working with residents, carriers, vendors, and team members.
• Effective organization, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers, mobile devices, tracking systems, and other operational technology.

Responsibilities

• Package and Mail Operations: manage daily package and mail operations, log, sort, store, track, deliver, and document items as per procedures.
• Resident Service and Technology: provide hospitality-driven support for package arrivals, deliveries, pickup, and related questions; operate parcel lockers, scanners, printers, and tracking apps.
• Property and Resident Support: follow safety, privacy, security, documentation, and escalation procedures; assist front desk and collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams.
• Work Environment and Physical Demands: non-exempt, on-site role; evenings/weekends/holidays; lift up to 50 pounds; support peak periods.
