Job summary

Sentral in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Package Concierge to manage on-site mail and package services with a people-first approach. You will prepare outgoing mail, receive and store packages, and communicate with residents to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

The role is on-site at the property, requires a High School diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience is preferred, and you should have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred (hotels/resorts or similar).
• Strong customer service track record under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
• Receive, store and organize all incoming mail and packages.
• Communicate with residents about their mail and packages and delivering packages directly to residents and guests.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Distribute mail and packages.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
