Job summary

Luxer One Liaison is seeking a friendly, organized professional to manage package reception and locker systems for luxury apartment buildings in Stamford, CT. The role involves on-site presence, resident support, and effective use of our package management software.

You will log deliveries, assist residents at doors (up to 60 lbs), and maintain orderly, accurate package rooms across designated properties. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Comfort with using digital tools and software in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and written support to residents with package questions or inquiries.
• Log delivered packages into the property's management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or units (up to 60 lbs).
• Organize packages on shelves for quick resident access.
• Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on locker/package room systems as needed.
