Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a friendly, organized Liaison Package Handler to manage on-site package rooms and locker systems at a luxury apartment building in Downtown Dallas. The role involves in-person support to residents, package check-in, and coordination with Luxer One Support.

You will log deliveries, assist residents, and maintain accurate records while adhering to safety and operational procedures. The position offers part-time hours and opportunities to grow with the program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transit; ideally live near the service area.
• Comfortable with digital tools including package management software, Google Suite, and Apple hardware/software.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build an on-site presence and provide in-person and written support to residents with package questions.
• Log recently-delivered packages into the property’s management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick access.
• Identify aging or stale packages through audits and software reviews.
• Email correspondence with residents, staff, and manager.
• Serve as liaison between property and Luxer One Support.
• Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on locker/package systems as needed.
