Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a friendly and organized Liaison Package Handler for a Downtown Dallas, TX location. This part-time role involves on-site presence at upscale properties, assisting residents with package inquiries, logging deliveries, and maintaining locker systems using our software.

You will deliver packages, help residents locate items, and coordinate with on-site staff and Luxer One Support. Ideal candidates are 18+, have 1–2 years in customer service, and can lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation to the service area.
• Familiar with digital package management software including Google Suite and Apple devices.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Build an on-site presence and provide in-person and written support to residents with package questions or inquiries.
• Log delivered packages into the property’s package management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick residence access.
• Identify aging or stale packages through audits and software reviews.
• Email correspondence with residents, property staff and manager via Gmail.
• Serve as primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Perform maintenance on locker/package room systems as needed.
