Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a friendly, organized Liaison Package Handler for downtown Seattle. You’ll manage on-site package rooms and locker systems, greet residents, and ensure accurate package tracking using our software. The role requires physical activity, reliable transport, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Work hours are Tue-Sat, 12:00pm–6:00pm in Downtown Seattle. You’ll interact with residents and property staff, helping maintain a high standard of service in upscale multi-family

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital package management software and basic tech tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and written support to residents with package questions.
• Log delivered packages into the property’s package management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or into units (60lbs MAX).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick access by residents.
• Conduct audits to identify aging or stale packages and maintain system accuracy.
• Email correspondence through Gmail with residents, staff, and manager.
• Serve as primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight hardware/software issues on locker/package systems.
