Luxer One is seeking a friendly, organized Liaison Package Handler for Downtown Austin, TX. The role focuses on on-site presence at upscale residential properties, assisting residents with package questions, and maintaining locker systems using Luxer One software.

The position involves logging deliveries, delivering packages to doors, organizing packages, and collaborating with property staff and Luxer One Support. Lifting up to 60 lbs and working in varied temperatures are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation or access to transit; local living area preferred.
• Comfortable using technology, including digital package management software and Google Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical activity as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Log recently-delivered packages into the property’s management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60 lbs max).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick resident access.
• Maintain on-site presence and assist residents and property staff.
• Troubleshoot lightweight hardware/software for locker/package systems as needed.
