Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking an Owner Support Specialist to advise owners on vacation benefits, reservations, and exchanges. You will process contracts, promote travel products, and maintain owner records while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain accurate owner records and documentation.
• Achieve monthly conversion and availability targets.
• Uphold hospitality standards and service excellence.

Location: Hybrid Remote (Summit, Lake, or Park County, CO)

Position Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

Compensation: $22.50-$25.88/hr DOE . + Commission

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional English communication (verbal/written) + basic math skills
• Ability to work seated at a computer with occasional light lifting (10-25 lbs.)
• Problem-solving focus

• Adaptability in fast‑paced settings
• Team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, timeshare, or call center environments
• Knowledge of vacation ownership/timeshare industry
• Experience with reservation systems or CRM software
• Associate's degree or relevant certification
