Job summary

NSC Global seeks an OT Infrastructure Specialist to manage on-site OT computing, server platforms, and industrial networks across GMP facilities. The role requires hands-on hardware installation, rack work, and rapid incident response to keep production running.

You will configure servers (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Windows Server), deploy industrial switches and firewalls, perform GxP patching with WSUS, and lead backup and disaster recovery using Veeam and Backup Exec.

Qualifications

• Experience managing OT servers and virtualization in GMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and Windows Server.
• Hands-on network config with Cisco/Hirschmann/Ruggedcom.
• Experience with offline patching and WSUS in GMP/GxP settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, rack infrastructure, compute hardware, and virtualized environments.
• Deploy and manage industrial networking equipment including switches, firewalls, and VLANs.
• Execute OT patch management and OS maintenance using WSUS and offline patching in GMP-validated live systems.
• Oversee backup and recovery for manufacturing systems using Veeam and Backup Exec.
• Maintain physical security standards and asset management across rooms.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting during OT infrastructure failures to minimize downtime.
