Job summary

NSC Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver dedicated on-site IT support in a GMP manufacturing environment in Idaho. You will ensure availability and performance of workplace technology, production-supporting systems, and network connectivity, while adhering to site procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include deskside support, AD administration, incident handling in ITSM systems, and coordination with cross-functional teams to minimize production disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user computing and desktop support in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and walk-up support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and user-related issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Perform Active Directory administration including user onboarding/offboarding and permissions.
• Deliver IT support within GMP-controlled manufacturing environments with strict procedures and compliance.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues including cabling and WLAN access.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers (office and manufacturing).
• Support Zebra and Datamax label printers and integration with manufacturing processes.
• Support barcode scanners and other production-floor peripherals.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, application, and remote teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and manage device deployment and lifecycle.
• Document support activities and maintain compliance with operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
