Job summary

NSC Global is seeking an OT Infrastructure Specialist to manage OT computing hardware, server platforms, and industrial networks in GMP-regulated facilities. This role requires 100% on-site presence across plant environments.

You will perform hands-on rack installations, cabling, network connectivity troubleshooting, software patching (WSUS/offline), and backup/DR operations to sustain continuous production.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT hardware in GMP/GxP environments.
• On-site work in manufacturing facilities required.
• Strong skills in server, virtualization, and industrial network setup.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & server management: install, configure, and maintain physical servers and rack infrastructure.
• Industrial network infrastructure: deploy and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, and VLANs.
• GxP patch & change management: implement offline patches and WSUS within GMP controls.
• Backup & recovery: manage OT backup/restore using Veeam or Backup Exec.
• Asset & security management: maintain site security and asset records.
• Incident management: provide on-site response to hardware/network failures.
