LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for the ESS CS Team in Irvine, CA.

This on-site contract role focuses on accounting operations, RMA management, and warehouse/inventory coordination to support grid-scale energy storage projects. The successful candidate will manage TRR, downtime and compensation payments, maintain invoices in HubSpot CRM, and collaborate with 3PL partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
• 1+ years work experience in customer service; or 1+ years work experience in logistics.
• High degree of tact and professionalism in interpersonal communications and teamwork with internal and/or external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated account manager for TRR for B2B customers and communicate payments updates.
• Act as the main channel for TRR, Compensation, and Downtime payments for customers.
• Understand and oversee the RMA process, including Tier 3 approvals in the ECS/ERP system.
• Review RMA submissions, verify battery serial numbers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with technical teams, CIC, and logistics for replacement units handling.
• Provide updates and support to the CIC team as needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels at 3PL warehouses and reconcile WMS data.
• Oversee retrieval of unreturned batteries and shipment of replacement units.
• Process and track FedEx invoices and maintain related master files.
• Support B2B account-related reports and activities with prior account knowledge.
