Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years work experience in customer service or logistics.
• Korean–English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for TRR, compensation, and downtime payments.
• Coordinate between ASC, 3rd parties, and installers to resolve payment issues.
• Verify and process invoices per RMA policy with required documents.
• Update invoices and case statuses in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with management to approve payments and resolve issues.
• Maintain master files for TRR, compensation, and downtime records.
• Process invoices related to warehouse operations and inventory movements.
• Liaise with logistics partners, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• RMA process oversight including Tier 3 approvals in ECS/ERP.
• Oversee inventory at 3PL warehouses and reconcile WMS vs physical stock.
• Arrange shipment of replacement units and returns of defective units.
