Carvana is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our Operations teams. This on-site role at our Tempe, AZ headquarters will partner with hiring leaders and guide candidates from outreach to offer, delivering a stellar experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to team needs.
• Experience supporting leadership roles and managing timelines.
• Bachelor/Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Independently source candidates via social media, Indeed, Carvana site.
• Conduct in-depth phone screenings and interviews.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for interviews.
• Advise on hiring strategies and culture-fit assessments.
• Manage candidate expectations through background checks and processes.
• Develop relationships with Operations leaders and understand business gaps.
• Focus on high interview-to-offer conversion.
• Other duties as assigned.
