Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing or service delivery.
• Digital literacy across MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, time entry, attendance, payroll, and client invoicing with accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
• Process client orders and coordinate with internal teams for resource alignment.
