Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of proven experience in operations, facility management, or related field within a corporate environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management experience across service areas and contracts.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for budgets and contracts.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize vendor performance.
• On-site presence: availability for 5 days on-site.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: manage service vendor agreements, renewals, terminations, and invoicing.
• Cafeteria Management: oversee cafeteria contracts and maintenance plans.
• Janitorial Service: coordinate inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Breakroom Management: supervise breakroom facilities, appliances, and beverage services.
• Event Coordination: plan campus-wide events, budgets, and vendor support.
• VIP Suite Management and VIP Support: coordinate reservations and setups with IT/Security/Facility.
• Administrative Tasks: manage supplies, requests, announcements, and guidelines.
