Job summary

Qualifications

• Base knowledge of Excel, ARIS, LINK and CPS.

• Minimum 1 year clerical experience and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advise management at all levels through effective communications.
• Create reports and provide production-related documentation.
• Support departments, including payroll adjustments.
• Prepare flight Production paperwork and keep records updated.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain organized files.
• Work independently or with a team on special projects.
• Manage time and attendance and scheduling tasks.
• Update knife locker and other system records as required.
