Job summary

This on-site role focuses on scheduling MDT workload, resolving measurement discrepancies, handling payroll functions, and coordinating maintenance orders for a busy utility operation. You will interact with customers in person, generate daily logs and reports, dispatch orders to technicians, and support field personnel with data and SAP-related tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Basic arithmetic and data entry abilities.
• Work in an office environment with occasional physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, reschedule MDT workload and prepare for next-day operations.
• Generate, complete, close, and cancel service orders.
• Process payroll-related functions and validate data.
• Dispatch leakage and emergency orders to technicians.
• Schedule ITRON meter reading routes and assign priorities.
• Prepare and maintain daily logs and reports.
• Interact with customers in person and provide tariff information.
• Process vendor invoices and assist with purchase orders.
• Provide administrative support to field operations, including SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
