Job summary

United Utility Services in Commerce City, Colorado is seeking a Work Management Specialist to support the on-line work control process, assist with work package development, ensure reporting and capture of completed work, and maintain project documentation for closeout.

As the primary customer contact for work order scheduling, status updates, changes and closeout, you will coordinate material deliveries, support field changes, and collaborate with Billing to ensure accurate invoicing while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in distribution operations/construction preferred.
• Experience reading, evaluating, interpreting, and communicating contract provisions preferred.
• Experience developing/maintaining project plans and schedules required.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support office functions for field work execution.
• Be the primary customer contact for work order scheduling, status, changes, and closeout.
• Provide field support for work package revisions and interpretation of work orders.
• Coordinate with customer for material deliveries and with Billing for timely invoicing.
• Offe​r support to other office personnel and perform duties as assigned.
