Job summary

Atterro in Plano, TX is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for a fully on-site contract role within a global electronics, mobile devices, and appliances environment.

The role involves VOC management, contract reviews, project support, warranty management, and dashboards for cross-functional teams. Requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a BA/BS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; regular hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related administrative and project management experience.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite.
• Must have demonstrated project and program management skills.
• Proven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events.
• Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support
• Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates
• Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction
• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting preparation (Supporting role) for senior leadership and Global HQ office
• Developing and improving B2B service processes in line with B2B customers’ expectations
• Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for the team’s targets
• Inventory management and parts demand forecasting
• Day-to-day operational supports
