• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders; reporting prep for senior leadership and Global HQ.
• Developing and improving B2B service processes in line with customer expectations.
• Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for team targets.
• Inventory management and parts demand forecasting.
