Job summary

Atterro in Plano, TX is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for a fully on-site contract role within a global electronics, mobile devices, and appliances environment.

The role involves VOC management, contract reviews, project support, warranty management, and dashboards for cross-functional teams. Requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a BA/BS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; regular hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related administrative and project management experience.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite.
• Must have demonstrated project and program management skills.
• Proven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events.
• Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support
• Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates
• Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction
• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting preparation (Supporting role) for senior leadership and Global HQ office
• Developing and improving B2B service processes in line with B2B customers’ expectations
• Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for the team’s targets
• Inventory management and parts demand forecasting

Summary:

The B2B CARE Business Operations Analyst is responsible for carrying out many of the organization’s operations functions, including customer VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
