Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support.
• Support projects including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to support B2B customer satisfaction.
• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support reporting preparation for senior leadership and Global HQ.
• Develop and improve B2B service processes aligned with customer expectations.
• Support strategic thinking and team-target preparation.
• Support inventory management and parts demand forecasting.
• Provide day-to-day operational support.
