• Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction.
• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting preparation for Senior leaderships and Global HQ office.
• Developing and improving B2B service processes with B2B customers’ expectations.
