Qualifications

• 8+ years of office or customer-facing experience.
• Local residency and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong construction knowledge and scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating field staff and virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician schedules and dispatch field staff.
• Act as office liaison for field staff via phone and Teams.
• Provide rough pricing or bids over the phone.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, payments, and job paperwork.
• Communicate arrival windows, timelines, and scope to customers.
• Maintain records across scheduling and job management software.
