Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking an organized Office Professional to manage scheduling and customer communications in a fast-paced environment. You will guide customers through projects, coordinate Service Professionals, and uphold the company’s Done Right Promise.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and scheduling — manage inbound and outbound customer communications and coordinate schedules for Service Professionals.
• Provide recommendations and manage customer expectations throughout projects.
• Create life-long customers by delivering a great experience and following the Mr. Handyman process.
