Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous clerical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter sales transactions and orders into the Storis system accurately.
• Verify order information for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Process cash balances, deliveries, sales and service orders, and account balances per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via high-volume inbound calls and multi-channel inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries efficiently using phone, web, chat, mail, or fax channels.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality, accuracy, and volume.
• Process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Verify paperwork for order processing is accurate.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external personnel.
• Keep files accurate and maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support for store staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
