Responsibilities

• Verify order information and correct discrepancies.
• Process cash balances, deliveries, and service orders per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via calls, inquiries, and payments.
• Respond to inquiries through phone, web, chat, mail, or fax.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and volume.
• Process credit applications and financing paperwork.
• Verify order paperwork accuracy.
• Communicate with internal/external personnel professionally.
• Maintain files and maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support to store staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
