Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BDR/SDR role at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Based in New York City and able to work fully on-site, with fluent English and strong US market understanding.
• Strong outbound and communication skills, capable of turning complex products into clear messaging.
• Driven, resilient, and proactive with targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus, especially patient insights or pharma marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting across pharma and healthcare accounts with personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Generate qualified opportunities by understanding needs, use cases, and timing, and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with AEs, founders, and marketing to refine messaging and targeting to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and work toward meeting and pipeline targets.
• Develop pharma domain expertise to articulate value of the AI-powered patient insights platform.
