Job summary

Mama Health is hiring a Business Development Representative for full-time, on-site work in New York City. You will build and qualify a US-wide pipeline for our AI-powered patient insights platform, turning patient experiences into pharma-facing value.

We value ambitious, driven individuals who can own their performance, refine messaging with marketing for better conversions, and collaborate with founders to shape the US expansion. Pharma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outbound sales experience in a BDR/SDR role at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Based in New York City and able to work fully on-site, with native or near-native English.
• Strong outbound and written/spoken communication skills.
• Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting: research pharma and healthcare accounts, identify decision-makers, and engage via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Generate qualified opportunities: understand needs, use cases, and timing; book high-quality meetings; hand over to Account Executives.
• Improve our commercial approach: collaborate with AEs, founders, and marketing to test messaging and targeting.
• Own your performance: maintain CRM data and work toward pipeline targets.
• Build pharma expertise: understand how pharma teams use patient insights and where Mama Health creates value.
