Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Two years of experience installing and configuring routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, TELNET, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure networking hardware (routers, switches, APs) following guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve basic network issues and outages.
• Monitor network performance and provide first-level user support.
• Maintain accurate device inventory and configurations.
• Update network documentation and standard operating procedures.
