Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of networking related experience; or an Associate's degree in Electronics or Networking Technology and one year of networking related experience: or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with network design, analysis or network management is acceptable per the posting description; familiarity with maintenance of campus network infrastructure is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, supports, and enhances the University's network and voice communications infrastructure.
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots network switches, routers, wireless systems, VoIP equipment, and related components.
• Maintains network documentation and supports network management and monitoring systems.
