Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Patuxent River, MD. The candidate will provide direct desk-side support to the customer, troubleshooting and repairing IT devices, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets.

Requirements include US citizenship, DoD Secret clearance, a HS diploma with 4+ years of related experience, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or higher). On-site work at a government facility is expected.

Responsibilities

• Log and resolve customer tickets per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and repair user hardware and software issues.
• Provide desk-side support at government site and field locations.
• Coordinate with team to resolve complex IT problems.
• Maintain service desk ticket accuracy and timeliness.
• Support printers and other hardware components.
