Austin NAWIC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead renovation and capital improvement projects for our multifamily portfolio from Troy, MI. The role includes contracting, purchasing, supervision of work, and close-out, with regular site visits and owner coordination.

You will develop RFPs, evaluate bids, manage budgets, approve payments, and maintain comprehensive documentation across multiple markets. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Formación

• 3–7 years of construction project management experience in multifamily/residential settings.
• Experience managing renovation and capital improvement projects end-to-end.
• Ability to develop RFPs, solicit bids, and negotiate contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple renovation and capital improvement projects from scope development to close-out.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; review invoices and lien waivers.
• Create and manage contracts with contractors and vendors; coordinate site visits and quality control.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Travel to project sites as required to support field teams and owners.
