Job summary

Tiello, on behalf of a well-regarded General Contractor in the Cleveland, Ohio area, seeks a Project Manager with proven experience in multifamily renovation projects within the affordable housing sector.

You will manage multiple renovations from inception to completion, coordinate with the superintendent and subs, review plans, and ensure on-time delivery while keeping clients satisfied. Procore and MS Project proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in multifamily renovation construction (low-income housing).
• Experience with exterior and interior renovations and additions.
• Proficient in Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and on-time delivery of multiple projects with high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and subcontractors to develop schedules.
• Review plans and specifications to create scopes of work for all.
• Review and process submittals in line with project design documents.
• Coordinate owner and architect meetings and record minutes.
• Manage design coordination between consultants and vendors.
• Track permits to avoid impacting the schedule.
• Oversee closeout, warranties, liens, punch lists, and project requisitions.
• Handle project financing documents including contracts and change orders.
