Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily community on-site in Texas. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise leasing, handle resident relations, and coordinate maintenance to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, rent collection, leasing approvals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and local codes. The role reports to the AVP and involves mentoring the Assistant Manager; weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local Property Codes.
• Proficiency with property management systems: OneSite/Yardi, and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity, applications, and lease approvals.
• Manage property operations, including collections, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and train on-site staff; conduct performance evaluations.
