SunRidge Management Group seeks an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident services on-site.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to SunRidge’s service standards. Weekend availability may be required to meet staffing needs and emergencies at the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or Yardi and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records, including rent payments, deposits, and lease documents.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations.
• Process rent payments, fees, deposits; issue late notices and track delinquencies.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and complete leasing paperwork.
• Maintain training modules and support onboarding of new team members.
