Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role in a multifamily community. The role supports leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident services under the Property Manager. Weekend needs may occur to meet staffing needs.

Candidates should have 1+ year in multifamily management or leasing, be proficient with OneSite/Yardi and Microsoft Office, and understand Fair Housing regulations. A driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and property codes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate resident records including rent payments and leases.
• Support Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations.
