Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Milpitas, CA to oversee daily maintenance of the apartment community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with Sunday through Thursday availability and on-call emergencies as needed.

The position focuses on repairs, turnover, preventative care, and grounds maintenance to keep units and common areas in top condition. A strong team ethic and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repairs – Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
• Apartment Turnover – Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative Care – Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Cleaning & Grounds – Help with cleaning common areas and apartments.
• On-Call & Safety – Be available for after-hours emergencies.
• Teamwork & Standards – Follow company policies and maintenance procedures.
