Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking a dedicated on-site Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of our apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call emergencies as needed.

You will perform repairs, prepare units for new residents, carry out preventative maintenance, and assist with groundskeeping. A team-focused, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair skills across appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance per manuals.
• Willingness to work on-site, Monday–Friday with on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repairs – Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
• Apartment Turnover – Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative Care – Perform routine maintenance on equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Cleaning & Grounds – Help with cleaning common areas and basic landscaping.
• On-Call & Safety – Be available for after-hours emergencies and know utility shut-offs.
• Teamwork & Standards – Follow policies and support resident education.
