Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to maintain our multifamily properties and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will perform make-ready tasks, safety checks, and timely repairs to ensure homes are safe, comfortable, and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of maintenance experience, basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to work with tenants and team members. On-call, weekend work, and driving between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multifamily maintenance or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with reading blueprints or sketches.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full make-ready tasks and ensure units are ready within 5 business days.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Handle basic repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain common areas and conduct safety checks.
• Complete daily work orders and enter data in the system.
• Assist with contractor supervision when needed.
• On-call duties and weekend work as required.
