GoldOller Real Estate Investments seeks a Service Technician to maintain our multifamily communities, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-kept. You’ll handle repairs, unit turns, safety protocols, and resident relations with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or completion of technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required; CPO/CAMT preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; own basic maintenance tools.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting; knowledge of refurbishing.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready process within 5 business days for standard units (14 days for upgrades).
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document deductions.
• Close out service requests daily and maintain logs.
• Respond to emergencies per on-call requirements and report delays.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices and adhere to company standards.
• Support and train teammates; adopt new technologies and processes.
